At Simuero, we take pride in the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your unique piece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Simuero signature packaging, ensuring the items are unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio in Valencia, Spain.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
